How do I limit class size to my equipment?
Set the cap per class or service type once — six reformers, six spots — and the calendar enforces it at every booking. When a class is full, it’s full.
How do class packs and memberships work?
You sell them in your in-app storefront: session packages tracked credit by credit, or recurring memberships on autopay. The calendar checks what a client is entitled to before confirming a spot, and expiries are handled for you.
What happens when a client cancels late or doesn’t show?
Your policy applies automatically. You define the cancellation window and reschedule grace once; clients see the rules up front, and enforcement is consistent instead of case-by-case.
