Memberships

Sell the month, not the session.

Sell session packages and memberships that clients buy in the app. Credits land when they buy, and every booking shows whether it is included.

Sold a package in person? Add the credits yourself. No money moves.

How it works

Set it up once. The app counts every session.

1

Decide what you sell.

A package, a membership that renews each cycle, or a free offer. Each service counts in sessions or minutes, and you choose whether unused credits expire or roll over.

2

Clients buy in the app.

Your plans show in their app. They pay from their balance, their card covers any shortfall, and the credits land straight away. You can also attach a plan to a client yourself.

3

Bookings use credits for you.

A covered session reads “Included in your plan”. The credit is used once, when the session is done, and a client who has run out sees it before they book.

Who it helps

No more counting on your fingers.

For you

Get paid up front for the month.

Memberships renew from the client’s balance each cycle, so the next month is paid before it starts.

  • Past-due renewals add no new credits
  • Add credits by hand for packages sold in person
  • Plans can unlock your group classes

For your client

Always know what is left.

They see how many sessions remain, and which are already set aside for upcoming bookings.

  • “Included in your plan” on covered bookings
  • A heads-up when credits run out
  • Plans bought in a few taps

For your classes

Members, drop-ins, and trials.

Each group can have a member price, a drop-in price, and a trial price, and a plan can make someone a member.

  • Each member pays their own seat
  • Drop-in seats are paid, never taken from credits

Part of the whole system

Credits and cash, kept apart and always right.

A client’s credits and their balance are counted separately, so a session is never paid for twice.

Why we’re different

A punch card that counts itself.

Questions

What is the difference between a package and a membership?

A package is a one-time bundle of credits, like 10 sessions. A membership renews every cycle and adds its credits each time. You can also offer something free for clients to claim.

Do unused credits expire?

You choose, per plan: they expire at the end of the cycle or package, they roll over, or they roll over up to a cap.

How do clients pay for a plan?

From their balance with you, and their card covers any shortfall with the usual card fees added on their side. Credits land the moment they buy.

What if a client cannot cover a renewal?

The membership is marked past due and no new credits are added until it is paid. Nothing is charged to their card behind their back.

Can I add credits myself?

Yes. Open the client, tap Credits, pick the service, and add them. No money moves, which suits a package they paid for outside the app.

Can a credit be sessions or minutes?

Either. Each service counts in one unit, sessions or minutes, and it stays fixed once a client holds credits for it.
