Multi-coach

Share the client, not the business.

When your client also works with a physio, a nutritionist, or a second trainer, everyone sees the same training history in one app, and each coach keeps their own plans, prices, and payments.

Trainers, physios, nutritionists and more · Separate businesses · Free

Every coach sees

  • The workouts and sets Maya logs
  • Her progress and streaks
  • Read-only, whoever ran the session

Each coach keeps

  • Their own programs and sessions
  • Their notebook and check-ins
  • Their prices, balance, and payouts

How it works

One client. Each coach in their own lane.

The client owns the list of who coaches them. What they do is shared. What each coach plans, charges, and says stays with that coach.

1

The client adds a coach.

From their app: You, then Add a coach, then the kind of coach, from Personal Trainer to Physical Therapist or Nutritionist, then that coach’s code. A coach can also set the account up and hand over a code. Every link starts with the client.

2

Everyone reads the same training history.

Each workout, set, and streak the client logs is visible to all of their coaches, read-only. Only the person who logged it can change it, so the history stays true.

3

Everything else stays with each coach.

Your programs, sessions, check-ins, notebook, prices, and balance are yours alone. Another coach sees what the client did, never what you planned.

Who it helps

Better for every coach, simpler for the client.

For you

Know what happened between your sessions.

See the lifts they logged with their other coach before you plan the next week, without asking your client to remember.

  • Their logged training, whoever ran it
  • Your own prices, policies, and payouts
  • Your programs stay private to you

For your client

One app for their whole team.

No second login, no second calendar. Their coaches, sessions, and payments all sit in the same place.

  • Every session on one calendar
  • A balance with each coach, and an All view
  • A heads-up when a new time overlaps another coach’s session
  • Their own thread with each coach

For their other coaches

Start from what they actually did.

A physio or nutritionist who joins works from the client’s real training, not a guess, and runs their side on their own terms.

  • Read-only access to the shared log
  • Their own business, prices, and payouts

Part of the whole system

Built into how Raelan books, bills, and tracks.

Multi-coach is not a separate mode. Every part of the app knows which coach a session, a payment, or a check-in belongs to.

Why we’re different

Coaches share the client. Nobody shares a business.

Usually
On Raelan
Each professional uses a different app, and the client juggles the logins.
One app for the client, with every coach on their list.
The physio asks what they lifted this week and gets a guess.
The physio reads what the client actually logged.
Working with the same client means sharing an account, or a business.
Each coach keeps their own business: prices, policies, and payouts.
Paying two coaches means two apps or one mixed-up balance.
A separate balance with each coach, paid into that coach’s own account.
Adding a coach can hand your whole plan to someone else.
Other coaches see what the client did. Your program stays yours.

Questions

How does a client add a second coach?

In their app they open You, tap Add a coach, pick what kind of coach it is, and enter that coach’s code. If the coach is not on Raelan yet, the client saves an invite with the coach’s email and shares Raelan with them. When that coach joins, both of them are told.

What can the other coaches see?

What the client logs: workouts, sets, progress, and streaks, read-only. They do not see your programs, sessions, check-ins, notebook, prices, balance, or messages.

Do we need to be in the same business?

No. Each coach runs their own business on Raelan, with their own prices, policies, and payouts. Several coaches working under one business, like a gym team, is coming soon.

How does the client pay each coach?

They keep a separate balance with each coach and choose who they are adding funds with. Card payments go to that coach’s own account, and autopay is set per coach.

Can a client add a coach without my say?

A client can add any coach they choose; it is their training. No coach can attach themselves to an existing client, though: every link starts with the client.

Does multi-coach cost extra?

No. It is part of the free app, with unlimited clients.
