Pricing questions
Why a percentage instead of a monthly fee?
Because incentives should point the same way. A per-seat monthly fee taxes you before you earn; a share means Raelan makes money only when you do — and your rate falls automatically as your business grows.
Do I pay card-processing fees on top?
No. Card processing is included inside the platform share — the percentage you see is the whole cost, not a starting point.
What counts toward the platform share?
Payments processed through Raelan — sessions, packages, memberships. Coaching you bill entirely outside the platform costs nothing, though most coaches move it in for the automation.
What do founding members actually get?
Everything, free — every feature across the whole platform while we roll out access — plus founding terms locked in when billing turns on. Joining the waitlist is what makes you founding.
What will facilities pay?
Facility pricing is being finalized and will be announced at launch — a lower share than solo coaches, plus setup and maintenance sized to the facility, with a custom-app tier for those who want their own branded experience.
