What does Raelan replace?
For most trainers: the calendar app, the notes app, the payment apps, the spreadsheet, and the text threads. Raelan puts programs, bookings, payments, messages, and check-ins in one app, so a booking already knows the client, their price, and their balance.
Is it for in-person or online coaching?
Both, in the same account. A session can be in person at one of your locations or online, with a Google Meet link added automatically once you connect Google Calendar and turn on Push sessions to Google.
Do my clients pay for the app?
No. The app is free for them. When they pay you by card, the card fees are added to what they pay.
What does Raelan cost me?
Nothing a month, with unlimited clients. When a client pays by card, a fee is added to what they pay, so the rate you set is the rate you keep. The details are on the pricing page.
Can I bring my existing clients over?
