This is the largest update we’ve shipped since launch, and most of it came from watching coaches use Raelan and finding the places where they still had to leave it. Three of those places are closed now.
Run a class from one page
Group training used to be the part of the job that lived half in the app and half in your head. Now a class is one page.
You see who’s booked, what each person is paying, and how many seats are left. Members, drop-ins and first-timers each pay their own rate, and the price a client sees is the price they’re charged. You take attendance from the same page you booked it on.
Clients see bookable classes from their groups directly on their calendar, and anyone can book from your public page with a quick email verification — no account needed first. If you run memberships, you can gate who’s allowed to book what.
Take a new client without leaving the app
You can publish an intake form on your public page and take paid consults straight from it. Someone fills it in, books, pays, and lands in your leads list with everything they told you already attached.

Build programs the way you actually think
We rewrote the program builder. Every set is on screen and editable in place. Groups collapse. You can jump between days instead of scrolling through them. Defaults live in one card at the top and cascade down, so setting up a twelve-week block stopped being an exercise in repetition.
Numbers get a new picker that moves in real gym increments — 2.5s and 5s, not a keyboard.
Money you can explain
A coaching business runs on your clients trusting the numbers, which means you have to be able to explain them.
Clients can now see when their credits expire, and a credit-covered booking no longer ties up funds twice. Fees are calculated in one place, which fixed a case where a coach was shown a number that didn’t match what they were paid.
When a client leaves, you get a plain breakdown of what happened. If they had money they’d paid but never spent, it goes back to them — and rather than discovering that as a number in Stripe, you get told what left, why, and what it means for your balance. That money was always theirs. You should never have to guess why it moved.
Sign in with your face
Face ID is on the sign-in screen, with your credentials held in the Secure Enclave. We also removed the separate app lock — a lock on an app you’re already signed into was protecting nothing and asking you for your face twice.
Invite links now open straight into the app instead of bouncing through a browser.
Everywhere else
- The agenda scrolls without end, and repeating sessions roll forward on their own
- Open and unavailable times are unmistakable at a glance
- Calendar entries name your client, not the service
- Google Calendar sync stopped duplicating events and survives a full re-sync
- Swipe a notification to mark it read or unread, and tap a long one to read all of it
- Record or pick a video straight into the Vault, with filters by source and tag
- Awards got a proper celebration instead of a silent badge
We also fixed a long list of smaller things: keyboards covering what you’re typing, notes losing their formatting on paste, notifications that went nowhere when tapped, and a set of access rules that were more permissive than they should have been.

Update Raelan from the App Store. Everything above is there when you open it — nothing to turn on, no migration on your end.
